特別に難しい仕事はありません。
皆が同じ仕事ができることをめざしています。
繁忙時に役割分担していても、周りの人のやっている仕事が理解できるので、
手が空いたときに適切なフォローができます。
スタッフ同士で「ありがとう」の声が飛び交うのはその成果です。
イメージとしては6人制のバレーボ－ルのような感じでしょうか。

We respect and help each other.

Our jobs are not too difficult.
We are trying to do the same tasks equally.
During busy periods we cooperate with each other so that everything can go smoothly,
because we understand what other members of staffs are doing.
That’s why we say “Thank you” very often.
This is just like a 6 on 6 volleyball game, I guess.

勤務時間は、スタッフの生活を優先し、スタッフ同士で無理のないようシフトを組んでいます。
急な変更があっても、スタッフ同士で助け合って調整しています。

We can offer hospitality to our customers because we are living a full life.

We give priority to the staff’s private life and work in shifts so that nobody feels burdened by the work.
Even when someone is absent at short notice, we make up for the loss by helping one another.

「スタートレック」というSFドラマの中で、艦長はスタッフを命がけで守る。
だから、スタッフも自分の仕事に夢中になれるというシーンがあります。
「艦長」とスタッフに呼んでもらっていることで、
つい自分勝手になりがちな店主の私に、いつも警鐘を促してくれます。
それでも起こる小さな迷いに、Mr.スポックは私につねに睨みをきかせているのです。

Why is there a Mr. Spock in the Shop?

In the Sci-Fi drama ‘Star Trek’, there is a scene: As the Captain risks his life to save the crew,
they can devote themselves to their mission as well.
My staff members usually call me ‘Kancho’ or ‘Captain’,
and that is a kind of a wake-up call to me whenever I’m self-centered.
Yet still I have times when I feel unsure.That is when I remind myself that Mr. Spock is here keeping an eye on me, too.
